Formation of Common Interest Groups (CIGs)

Maan-e-Muskan organized WE-LED beneficiaries into Common Interest Groups (CIGs) to foster collaboration and mutual support. These groups were mentored by community-based Champions of Change (CoCs), ensuring sustained guidance and motivation for participants.

Empowering Micro-Entrepreneurs

The WE-LED program focused on creating economically independent micro-entrepreneurs. This was achieved through market-led skills training, business management lessons, and establishing connections with key stakeholders to support sustainable growth.

Facilitating Micro-Business Development

The PWD-LED program emphasized the establishment and expansion of micro-businesses for Persons with Disabilities. This included providing skills training, distributing resources and non-financial incentives, and creating opportunities for economic participation.

Promoting Social Integration and Wellbeing

In addition to economic empowerment, the PWD-LED program prioritized social integration and mental wellbeing. By fostering inclusive environments, the program aimed to improve the overall quality of life for participants and their households.
