Introduction
This report details the Women Empowerment – Livelihoods & Enterprise Development (WE-LED) program and the PWD-LED program, both initiatives focused on empowering vulnerable populations in Quetta. These programs aim to facilitate the transition from social safety nets to self-reliant, income-generating activities, with a particular focus on women and persons with disabilities (PWDs).
